How to Support Our Efforts
The Carbon County Historical Society and Museum are continuously expanding both our museum and our education and preservation efforts.
These efforts could not be accomplished without the dedicated support of our members, visitors, donors, and volunteers.
Adopt a Window!
Through our Capital Campaign Program, the Carbon County Historical Society & Museum will be renovating the windows throughout the museum. Through a grant we were able to have a new roof placed in the winter of 2025. The window renovation will be the next step in securing the vitality of this important historic building for our community.
Your donation of $3,000. will contribute to the total renovation of one of the historic windows. Your family, business, group or organisation will be recognised with a 2” x 6” engraved brass plaque by the window of your choice. Window naming choice will be on a first come first named bases. The renovation process requires that we have a minimum of 10 windows to start this project.
We thank you for considering this worthy endeavour to continue to help the Carbon County Historical Society & Museum be an important part of this community. Please contact us at the museum for further details, questions and a tour of the third floor.
Carbon County Historical Society & Museum Membership
Becoming a member or program sponsor is an important way to support the museum and the historical society.
Donations
Carbon County Historical Society & Museum is a nonprofit organization. We rely on donations to continue our work of preservation of the area's cultural heritage and maintain the preservation office for the county.
Program Sponsorship
Sponsorship of events and programming is a great way to get exposure for your business or attach your family name to something you can be proud of. We have a variety of programming available for a flat fee or can create customizable options. Please contact Patty Molinaro, our Executive Director, at director@carboncountyhistory.com.
