If you wish to bring your school or group to the museum to educate your students about Carbon County history this is the place to start.
We offer history on the Crow Indians, Rodeo legends the Greenough and Linderman families, the Waples family gun and projectile point collection, the immigrants who established Carbon County, an interactive coal and hard rock mine exhibit and the Carbon County archives where students can learn to research their history reports.
Guided tours of the museum are available by appointment at NO charge to the students or school.
